I used GENERIC kernel which has IOAPIC enabled:
ioapic* at mainbus?
Do you want me to disable it?

For successfull boot with working bge0 I used GENERIC.NOACPI.
Using GENERIC kernel with ACPI I got following error messages:
bge0: watchdog timeout - resetting
bge0: block failed to stop: reg 0x1400, bit 0x00000002

I attached both dmesgs, with and without acpi in kernels.
In both cases I booted with -v option set.
