over time I collected a list of source-changes messages that may be 
candidates for netbsd-4 pullups. I'm presenting it here, hoping that 
somebody might be inclined to check if the changes are applicable to 
netbsd-4 (and don't only fix things introduced in -current after netbsd-4 
was branched) and request pullups if appropriate.

I'm pretty sure that nothing of the listed changes is already pulled up or 
requested.
