I cannot get dhclient or dhcpd to run on a virtual interface.  It claims
they are not found.

I'm using dhcpd 4.0.0a3 now, which uses more sane interface scanning.  I
want to roll back to what is in the source tree, but for now this works.
 It's just one more step when I recompile /usr/src/ to replace dhcpd.
