Yes, once, but I didn't have time to track it down.  I didn't see it
after a subsequent build and upgrade.  I presumed that either it was a
transient problem, or that it was another cross build problem: when I
saw it I'd built on OS/X PPC; when it went away I had built on
NetBSD/i386.

Not sure this 2c helps much.
