It was imported specifically to encourage work on build.sh
to use it as an alternative, and general work to make it
and NetBSD integrate better - that includes working on the
non x86 backends for those interested.

Changes can be made to NetBSD's copy, but they should be
sent upstream to ragge's pcc list pcc-list@ludd.ltu.se

I have a first cut at reachover Makefiles for 'ordinary'
pcc build at http://iffy.absd.org/usr.bin.pcc.tbz if you
 	want to take a look.
