I see pcc is imported.

What is the plan?

Now there are three different CVS repos for the same software.

Is anyone working on build.sh to use pcc as an alternative?

Since it is in src/dist does that mean I should just submit my patches to 
the upstream or is it okay to commit direct to NetBSD's?
