Something like the pci/if_rtk_pci.c and cardbus/if_rtk_cardbus.c
and ic/rtl8139.c (whatever) split would have to be implemented.

Mostly done.  I just have to stop sitting on it.
I've kind of lost most of my motivation, so functionality
beyond the basics may not happen soon.
