While fiddling bin/36827, I noticed that the publisher string for cd9660
gets checked by makefs to only contain (cd9660/cd9660_strings.c)
"valid a characters" which do not include a space. "valid d characters" do
include a space.

Looking at src/distrib/cdrom/4.0.conf:

PUBLISHER=              The NetBSD Foundation, Inc. / http://www.NetBSD.org/

does contain spaces, and we use mkisofs. So, paradox... Spaces or no spaces?
