I have a Thinkpad T42.  If I boot with a battery or nothing in the
Ultrabay, everything is fine.  If, however, I have a CD drive in it,
there's a 34-40 second pause after it recognizes wd0 before it finds
atapibus0 and cd0.  Is that normal?
