The new envsys framework looks very good.  However, what happened to
envstat(8)'s "-r" option, to make it output in row mode?

I realise that row mode is now the default, but I think that the "-r"
option should still be accepted for compatibility with old scripts and
fingers.  Also, how do I request column mode?
