Excellent.  I've actually had fewer problems (based upon my limited
testing) with 4.3 snapshots than I did with 4.2.0.  The 4.2 branch
itself is in better shape now, though.

4.1.3 fixes some bugs and is a very easy merge for anyone who needs
bug fixes right now (unless you're using vax).
