What's up with rsync on anoncvs.netbsd.org?

I haven't been able to make an rsync connection for quite while now
(since Saturday at about 11pm EST I think).

I'm not sure what else is supposed to run on that server besides SSH,
but most things give me a quick RST. However the rsync connection
attempts just hang going nowhere until they time out:

[ttypl]<woods@building> # telnet anoncvs.netbsd.org 22
Trying 2001:4f8:4:7:2e0:81ff:fe30:8ad1...
Trying 204.152.190.16...
Connected to anoncvs.netbsd.org.
Escape character is '^]'.
SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_3.9 NetBSD_Secure_Shell-20050213
quit
Protocol mismatch.
Connection closed by foreign host.
