ctxsw.9 was removed from the list of pages to make, but the links to
cpu_switch.9 and mi_switch.9 were not.  Make, therefore, doesn't know
what to do when it encounters this in ${MLINKS}.  Line 188 in
share/man/man9/Makefile, therefore needs to be removed or commented
out.
