Yes it does. Old version of types.h existed under /usr/pkg/gcc3.
Even if /usr/include/sys/types.h was updated, gcc3 used old version
of it. After re-compiling, new version of it has been copied with
modification.
% ident /usr/pkg/gcc3/lib/gcc-lib/i386--netbsdelf2.0/3.3.6/include/sys/types.h
