The pulseaudio package looks for DSP_CAP_BIND and DSP_CAP_MULTI, which
are undefined.  I worked around it by just defining them to 0 if
they're not there, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what these are
and if we could implement them. I just haven't the time to look into
it in-depth thusfar.
