Actually, I have gotten these mediachange panics seemingly at random
upon startup (I set the media manually in ifconfig.if because it
doesn't work automagically).  It happens about 2-3 times per week at
the most.  I've never had it happen except at startup, though.

I do not have ukphy in the kernel, as I don't understand why I'd need
it.  This is the only network interface I use, and as such I use
makphy.
