It looks like promise has released a bunch of their documentation to
the development community: http://gkernel.sourceforge.net/specs/promise/
It includes info for the 20319, 2037x, and 205xx chips, at least.

That said - no idea if there's any actual useful information in them,
but they're there, at least.
