Yes... that is the answer...

I called to the people of Computadoras Lanix and they told me
that such server have two Xeons dual core and HT and that is
the reason that I can see eight processors in the dmesg.

Also they told me, the mobo is X6DH8-G2+ (PLUS) and supports
dual core Xeons. my mistake was to say X6DH8-G2 but not
plus... I am sorry :(
