I had a similar requirement a few years ago and created the "suse_devel"
package for that task. It allowed me to build Linux binaries under
NetBSD which would run just fine under the Linux emulation.
You could therefore try to grab the necessary SuSE 10.x RPMs, wrap them
into a "pkgsrc" package (not much work for packages based on binary
RPMs) and submit the result via "send-pr".
