Hi all,

at src/usr.sbin/lockstat/elf64.c, it requests macro 'ELF64_MACHDEP_ID_CASES',
but arch/arm does not have macros 'ELF64_MACHDEP_ENDIANNESS' and 'ELF64_MACHDEP_ID_CASES'.
please define macros to src/sys/arch/arm/include/elf_machdep.h.
