Bah...

Christos seems to have commented out the #include.

I've now committed the change to usr.bin/cksum to expose the CRC functions
in a usable manner - before I forget about it completely.

Although the config Makefile still doesn't have the
-I${NETBSDSRCDIR}/usr.bin/cksum - but I kwen I hadn't added crc.c.
