Since upgrading to a 4.99.1 kernel, I have been having intermittent
problems with spic0 (Sony Programmable Interrupt Controller) on my Vaio
PCG-GRX690 laptop. Some of the time when I boot, the device is not
found at all; some times it is found correctly. This device can only
be discovered via ACPI.

I have not had this problem with previous kernels.

Any thoughts?
