What makes the /usr/include/g++/ directories?
I am doing a "make includes" in /usr/src/ and it failed in
install: /usr/include/g++/debug: mkstemp: No such file or directory
...
make: stopped in /usr/src/gnu/lib/libstdc++-v3_4/include/debug
So I manually created it and then it failed again here:
# install /usr/include/g++/tr1/array
install -N /usr/src/etc -c -r -c -o root -g wheel -m 444
/usr/src/gnu/dist/gcc4/libstdc++-v3/include/tr1/array
/usr/include/g++/tr1/array
install: /usr/include/g++/tr1: mkstemp: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1
Stop.
