This has been tried many times before, but:

Could anyone comment on whether a Users group exists ( I'm not aware of any ).

What I'm looking for in a users' group is a good beer party ;-)

Folks from Bangalore, please chime up. If you're shy on-list, private
mail is welcome. We could put up an advocacy page on the Users' Groups
page, and maybe even start a regional-blr@ mail list.

Some of us do hang out on irc, but right now its an exclusive club....
you need to wear cone hats, goggles and panty hose to qualify. ;-)
