Hi guys.

A while ago there were many commits to Peter's branch with new ALTQ API
for PF and IPF.
What's the status of it? Is merging of this branch delayed til we have
4.0 RELEASE so it can be worked on in upcoming 4.x HEAD branch?
Or is there any other show stopper ?
