Hmm, according to sysctl -M, hw.ath0.countrycode is readonly, but
hw.ath.contrycode is not (and presumably governs the specific one?)
I've never fussed with this, but maybe its worth a try to change
hw.ath.countrycode.

By contrast, regdomain is readwrite under both ath and ath0.
