Could you please check whether the new pcap.h (and pcap-namedb.h)
srom src/dist/libpcap got installed into your target directory
and are picked up by the build?
(And it might be helpful do do a "make NOLINT=1" because the
error messages of the compiler are cleaner then those of lint.)
