Hi,

I've noticed on my sparc boxes that if I keep top running 
for a long time (days) the memory useage increases
until the system is out of memory.  If I exit top
all is fine.   I only have datapoints from sparcs because
those are the only current systems I have that are up a long
time. 

This was locally built from the daily-snapshot of Jan 28.

I'll be able to test the build from 8 Feb soon and we'll
see if it's still there.
