Hello

I imported my work on COMPAT_LINUX32, which enable running i386 ELF
Linux binaries on NetBSD/amd64.

The work is not finished, but it is already able to run real life
applications. Feedbacks are welcome.

The change was rather intrusive, and it's possible that it could have
break COMPAT_LINUX on other architectures (mostly header inclusin
problems). Sorry in advance if it's the case...
