What type of panel does the 23 inch use?  Same LG-Philips IPS as the 20 inch,
or something different?

I was a bit surprised to see the 20 inch get such low marks:

I'm looking for a display, preferably 1920x1080 or more, probably
IPS or *VA since the TN panels seem to only do 6 bit/color.  Not
finding much so far.
