I'm contemplating adding an invocation of postinstall.local to
/usr/sbin/postinstall.  The idea would be to deal with local 
customizations.  In my case, for example, I'd like to have it

	chmod 0 /usr/bin/lp* /usr/sbin/lp*

since I use cups.

It isn't clear to me, though, where to look for postinstall.local.
Should it be /usr/sbin/postinstall.local?  $DEST_DIR/usr/sbin/
postinstall.local?  Elsewhere?
