If map_type is not set, it defaults to 'auto'. 'auto' will check every
map type and, unfortunately, print a warning about non executable maps.

This behavior was introduced newer versions of amd (NetBSD got
affected when we imported 6.1rc<something>).

I changed /usr/share/examples/amd/amd.conf a while ago.
