I just committed a rather large change to cleanup our headers from compat
code bits, and separate the compat code out in libc. I've tested this on
i386, and think that some of the other arch kernel code might need minor
changes in order to compile again. These changes are fairly mechanical and
I will be doing them over the next day or so.
