Fixed.

My build was working because I hadn't re-instated the isp driver from earlier.

Recent bloat:
- the 64bit inode changes
- changes to ioconf
- bpf
- st stats (tape drive)

I've discovered an extra 4k on the floppies and removed the 'st' driver.
(i386 doesn't install from tape!)
