   I've been getting "Connection timed out" when trying to rsync from
anoncvs.netbsd.org for the last day or so.  It seems to occur when
trying to rsync to either the IPv4 or IPv6 address.

   Is this a known problem that someone's working on, or is something
wrong on my end?
