There was just one weird scenario: ftp from a windows xp client
going through a pf firewall with ftp-proxy gets blocked by the
windows xp build-in firewall even though ftp is set as an exception,
whereas it doesn't block ipf's ftp-proxy built-in to ipnat. They
must be doing something differently...
(If you switch off the windows xp firewall, both pf and ipf work with
both active and passive ftp)
