While this is true there are still legal reasons to use it. At least
in Germany you are "not forbidden" to use a unprotected WLAN while
breaking WEP encryption to gain access is illegal.

Unfortunately there are a lot of devices which support WLAN but not IPSec.
It would be nice if NetBSD would support WPA or 802.11i.

PPTP is also known to be vulnerable similar to WEP.
