I have seen this problem since upgrading to 2.0, but never had
time to look into it and file a PR.  I applied your patch last
week, and have had no problems since.  Thanks!

Will this be committed for 3.0?  I hope so...  (Actually it would
be nice to have it in 2.0.x or 2.x).
