Nothing wrong with the license. NetBSD is not exactly a complete work-alike
of AT&T ksh. AT&T is now making it harder to get ksh93. 

Fix the NetBSD ksh so it works correctly. Don't add any more bells and
whistles to sh, which is supposed to run shell scripts.
