   I think these are the revisions on the main trunk where the
bug was fixed, and it's presence in this file means it was
pulled into the netbsd-2 branch.  But, I'll let someone else
confirm that.

   Because it's not in the trunk.  It's on a branch.  You will
see it in /src/doc/Attic via cvsweb.
