Subject: spurious 0/0 route to old i/f when switching media (IETF62 problem)

I'm finding that when I switch media at IETF62, I have a stale 0/0 route
which is NOT the 'default' line, to the old media. the route flush doesn't
clear it, it has to be removed manually.
this has meant I've not completed DHCP binding cleanly, and lost
visibility of the real default route.
Any other NetBSD-oids seeing this here? I wondered if it was my scripts
switching device (hello Perry!) or was a deeper problem.
