A FreeBSD status report speaks of large, but as-yet unquantified
improvements in some changes to CPU cache prefetch for network buf stuff.

Maybe this is already in NetBSD. Does anybody know if its either already
there, or ameanable to adoption? Sounds like smart stuff!
