Hi,

I already send-pr\'ed kern/28897.
Symptoms are that if you have DIAGNOSTIC/LOCKDEBUG kernel
and try to untar many small files into filesystem living on cgd,
kernel panics in near a minute.
If you do the same without cgd all fine.
