I have tried NetBSD 2.0 on Amilo laptop (i386). The sis900 based 
ethernet nic works correctly (this wasn't the case with NetBSD 1.6.2 or 
2.0_RC4) and my pcmcia slot is detected correctly. When inserting the 
wireless pcmcia card, my laptop hangs.
I have played with the IRQ mask but without success. Is it possible to 
use an irq mask for higher IRQs than 12 ?
If I remeber well, under FreeBSD, my card got IRQ 15 & was working 
properly ...
