I've upgraded one of my machines to 2.0 and for some reason postfix
seems to be ignoring aliases.  Setup is the same as other machines
running 2.0 and/or 1.6.

BTW the upgrade process fails to create /var/spool/postfix/hold

newaliases builds the aliases.db
praliases shows the expected result.

but all mail seems to be sent to @domain, which doesn't matter for the
most part but root mail will annoy the sysadmins ;-)
