Yep, that doesn't work. But you can compile ALTQ into the kernel and then
load pf as module. ALTQ still uses its own classifier so you can't use pf
as packet classifier.

I think that's not necessarily, maybe it needs to be documented somewhere
that this is not working yet. IIRC kjc@kame is working on it...
