	I'd be willing to look into writing this code, but since you're
familiar with the apc-upsd code and the NetBSD USB code, could you give a
brief explanation of what, exactly, you think needs to be done?

} NetBSD 2.0 with a serial UPS, but it doesn't work on 1.6.x (i.e. it doesn't
