Predictably enough, a kernel built without cmdide/atapibus/cd (no great loss
on an ultra 5) boots just fine, since there is never any atabus thread to
hang it. Just an FYI. Guess I'll leave IDE out of that kernel for now (not
that I ever use the cdrom anyway...)
