I have a query with regards to disk storage in excess of 1 Terabyte.
I have a 1.6.2 Stable unit that's attached to SCSI Raid unit with a capacity
of approximately 1,2 Terabytes.
It seems that disklabel cannot correctly interpret disk capacities in excess
of 1 Terabyte (see below).
I am not actually going to newfs the large partition (g) - just the small
partition (f). I intend writing to the large partition using the raw device
I do realize that the disklabel for NetBSD 2.0 has been updated and does
support drive capacities in excess of 1 Terabyte.
For practical reasons, I would ideally need a solution to this for NetBSD
Is there a patch for this in NetBSD 1.6.2 STABLE?
