Hi, folks.

I was browsing SUSv3 and occasionally comparing the API man pages to
the ones in NetBSD, and I realized that there is no thread-safety
information in our syscalls' man pages (nor the C-library functions).

Is there any on-going effort to add such information to the man pages,
or is this information elsewhere?  Will it go with 2.0?
